Scope
These terms apply to lessons, courses, packages and other services from Rijschool Issa. Individually confirmed written agreements take precedence.
Registration and scheduling
Training starts after confirmation. The learner supplies correct information, arrives on time and is fit to drive. Lessons are scheduled according to mutual availability.
Prices and payment
The current price and contents of a lesson or package are confirmed before purchase. Payment follows the agreed schedule. CBR and exam fees are included only when expressly stated.
Cancellation
If a learner cannot attend, notice must be given as soon as possible. Cancellation deadlines and possible charges are communicated during registration or scheduling. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
Exams and results
An exam is requested in consultation when the learner is sufficiently prepared. CBR availability and decisions are outside our control, so course duration and passing cannot be guaranteed.
Safety, complaints and law
The learner follows reasonable safety instructions from the instructor. Complaints should first be discussed through info@rijschoolissa.nl. Dutch law applies to the agreement.
